Blue Springs Scout Reserve
Iceberg is a weekend long Winter Outdoor Skills Competition Camp for Scout Troops! Patrols will spend the day out on the trail completing different Winter OAS challenges. Scouts will have the opportunity to learn new skills, practice old skills, and show their knowledge! Formerly known as "Igloo Invitational Winter Camp", Iceberg is an event that we are very excited to bring back to our Scouts. As in the past, this event is held at the beautiful Blue Springs Scout Reserve.
What is iceberg?
Iceberg is an event known as a Klondike Derby. Patrols will spend the day on the trail, moving between activities. They will need all of their gear with them that they will need for the days challenges, including lunch on the trail!
Iceberg is also a competition camp! Everything at the camp will be scored for points and trophies. At the end of the day you get to spend all those points at the auction. There will multiple awards including team spirit and best sled design.

Iceberg 2024: From the Deep Freeze was a grand success! Thank you to all of the groups that participated this year. All of the hard work and effort put in was worth it to see all of you having an amazing weekend! We look forward to seeing you all next year at Iceberg 2025!
